Founder

With 20 years of experience leading and supporting child care programs, I intimately understand the challenges you face. The long days. The tight budgets. The constant juggling of priorities. The pressure to maintain quality while managing facilities, raising funds, and planning for the future. Child care leaders are expected to be experts in everything—from early childhood education to financial management, from staff development to facility maintenance.

The Child Care Leadership Lab emerged from this reality. We believe that exceptional child care requires both passionate leadership and strong operational foundations. Our mission is to help you build the systems, skills, and capacity needed to thrive in all aspects of your organization.
