Child Care Leadership Lab has been working with the leadership team at Urban Sprouts for over a year to deepen and expand capacity across their operations. Through a blend of coaching and consulting, we have worked to develop the team’s skills within the areas finance, strategic planning, human resources, and development. Early Childhood Community Planning

For more than a year, Child Care Leadership Lab and a team of collaborators have partnered with local community members in Jefferson City, MO to improve their child care system. We facilitated an inclusive research and community engagement approach that centered on talking with the people who understand child care needs best – families and child care providers. Using the data, we worked together to set goals and create practical plans to increase the number of child care spots available and build better support systems for child care in the community. Now we’re helping put these plans into action.
